With limited internet access Erin and her team (Hunter and Sarah) went the extra mile calling the claims department and double checking on a few issues for me. They really went the extra mile! Every time I called the office I was able to speak with a human. Every question that I had that they didn't know they called the right department. I even had some issues getting phone calls out here so they facilitated the three way call that we needed have to resolve the situation. 10/10!"

"Arrr, where do I begin with this fine crew o’ scallywags? I s’pose at the beginnin’, aye. I be a lazy dog, the good Lord above knows it true, and these fine lasses — aye, even Hinter among ‘em — have rung me up more times than I can count to remind me o’ me cursed paperwork an’ the ol’ doubloons due, so me ship’s insurance don’t go sinkin’ to the depths! Seven times at least they’ve saved me hide, they have. Helpful as a first mate with a full bottle o’ rum, to a capital T! Why, one week they even called to remind me it were me own birthday! Imagine that, mates — thoughtful as a mermaid singin’ to the moon. Me dealings with this lot have been smoother than sailin’ on a windless sea. The crew’s top-notch — nay, stellar! I reckon one of ‘em might even hail from the stars themselves. I be talking extra terrestrial like. I spy ‘em often about the port, sponsorin’ festivals or lendin’ a hand to the folk, which be more than I can say for them slimy ducks and cold-blooded lizards lurkin’ ‘round. Aye, I’ve even totaled a carriage or two in me time with ‘em, and by Davy Jones’ beard, I walked away from both the wreckage and the debt without a scratch on me purse! If I’ve any gripe at all, ‘tis that they won’t insure me sentient 1963 Volkswagen beetle — claim the blasted thing needs health insurance on account of its thinkin’ brain! (Thanks, President James Monroe, ye landlubber.) But in all truth, mates, this fine crew o’ ladies be marvelous — a real treasure chest o’ kindness and wit. Yarrr! 🏴‍☠️"
